Reports Overview

The Reports section gives your team a centralized place to review portfolio-level performance and export audit-ready compliance data. Use Reports when you need to monitor outcomes, evaluate call quality criteria, or generate exports for internal review, compliance teams, or external audits.

Key Areas

Reports includes two primary areas:

  • Compliance Export - Generate audit-ready compliance reports across portfolios, filtered by date range, disposition, and format

  • Portfolio Analytics - Review portfolio performance, scoring configuration, and analytics for a selected reporting period

Together, these areas provide a structured way to support both operational analysis and audit readiness.

Common Use Cases

Teams typically use Reports to:

  • Generate compliance exports for audits or internal reviews

  • Track compliance dispositions activity across portfolios

  • Review analytics for a selected reporting period

  • Export portfolio reporting views

  • Define custom scoring criteria for call evaluation

  • Standardize internal quality review processes

Best Practices

To keep reporting useful and consistent, we recommend the following:

  • Use date filters intentionally so exports reflect the correct review period

  • Standardize scorecard naming conventions across teams

  • Keep scoring criteria clear and measurable

  • Use weighted criteria only where the importance of each category is well understood

  • Review default scorecards periodically to ensure they still reflect current QA priorities

  • Export compliance reports regularly if your team supports audit or regulatory review processes

Summary

The Reports section helps teams monitor portfolio activity, generate compliance exports, and define call-scoring standards. With Compliance Export and Portfolio Analytics, Reports provides a structured way to support both operational analysis and audit readiness.
