Queued Calls
The Queued Calls tab is used to manage outbound calls that have been queued but not yet completed.
This view helps teams review upcoming call activity and locate queued calls by consumer or phone number.
Search
Queued Calls includes a search bar that supports lookup by:
phone number
consumer name
Table Fields
The Queued Calls table includes:
Phone Number
Constituent
Scheduled Time
Created At
This provides a quick operational view of what is waiting to be processed.
When to Use Queued Calls
Use this tab when you want to:
confirm whether a call has been queued
review upcoming queued activity
locate a specific queued call
validate that a consumer is in the outbound queue
