Permissions Settings
The Permissions tab is where you manage users, permission levels, and portfolio assignments for your organization. Use this section to control who has access to the platform, what actions they can take, and which portfolios they are allowed to work.
Users
The Users section displays the members of your organization who have access to the platform.
From this section, administrators can:
search users by email or phone number
filter users by permission type
review assigned roles and capabilities
edit user information
view user records
remove users
add new users
This view helps administrators manage access centrally and keep user records current.
Add New User
The Add New User flow allows administrators to create a new account and assign a permission level.

Permission Levels
The Permission Levels section is used to manage role-based access across the platform.
Permission levels determine what a user is allowed to do, such as whether they can manage users, oversee collectors, or access specific features.
Examples may include administrative roles and collector roles.
Portfolio Assignments
The Portfolio Assignments section is used to control access by portfolio.
This helps organizations ensure that users only work the account groups or portfolios assigned to them.
Best Practices
Assign the least privileged access necessary for each user
Review permission levels regularly
Remove inactive users promptly
Use portfolio assignments to limit unnecessary access
Standardize roles across teams so permissions remain easy to manage
Summary
The Permissions tab helps administrators manage platform access in a controlled and organized way. By setting clear roles and assignments, teams can protect account data while ensuring the right users have the tools they need.
