Portfolio Analytics

The Portfolio Analytics section provides a reporting view for portfolio performance and scoring configuration. Use this section to review analytics for a selected period and export the current reporting view as needed.

What's in Portfolio Analytics

The Portfolio Analytics page includes:

  • Last updated timestamp - Shows when the analytics data was last refreshed

  • Date-range selector - Choose the reporting period to analyze

  • Export action - Download the current reporting view

  • Overview tab - Review portfolio performance metrics

  • Score Card tab - Create and manage custom scoring criteria for calls

What You Can Do in Portfolio Analytics
