Past Calls

The Past Calls tab is used to review historical call activity. It provides a searchable and filterable list of previous calls, along with key call metadata such as status, direction, duration, consumer, and recording availability.

This view is useful for quality review, operational troubleshooting, and account-level research.

Search and Filters

Past Calls includes several tools to help narrow results.

You can search for calls by:

  • phone number

  • consumer name

Quick Filters

The interface supports quick filtering by common call outcomes and duration buckets, including:

  • Completed

  • No Answer

  • Invalid

  • Voicemail

  • 30s+

  • 1m+

  • 3m+

  • 5m+

Additional Filters

You can also filter by:

  • Date Range

  • Duration

  • Call Flow

  • Status

These filters make it easier to find specific calls for audit, review, or troubleshooting.

Call List Fields

The Past Calls table includes key call details such as:

  • Call Number

  • Created At

  • Scheduled Time

  • Status

  • Direction

  • Duration

  • Consumer

  • Recording

This allows teams to review the most important details before opening the full call record.

When to Use Past Calls

Use Past Calls when you need to:

  • review a completed or missed call

  • locate a call by number or consumer

  • verify call duration or direction

  • access a recording

  • inspect the details of a specific interaction
